At SGS Create, our vision is to create an education environment that inspires you to be your best. With an aspirational, supportive and flexible curriculum with learners’ needs at its heart.
Learn Skills
Alongside studying core qualifications they will develop knowledge and understanding in other areas that are desired by employers. They will also complete work experience and carry out vocational study in a field they hope to pursue. We offer support from expert staff, ensuring that learners can achieve and progress.

Gain Qualifications
Learners study a programme of core GCSE or Functional Skills subjects which include English Language, Maths and Science. Learners also study a vocational pathway that is taught by experienced tutors in the wider college.

Improve Confidence
SGS Create is designed specifically for 14–16 year-old learners who are keen and willing to learn but do not thrive within a traditional school setting.

Be Creative and Respectful
Learners may not cope well with the structure in place at most secondary schools and/or suffer with social anxieties. Learners with an interest in the creative sectors will thrive at SGS Create.

Exam Results
Our most recent exam results were well above national averages for similar 14–16 settings, with particularly strong outcomes in English and Maths. These results reflect the impact of our personalised curriculum, high expectations and strong focus on wellbeing, attendance and engagement, supporting learners to progress confidently into their next stage of education or training.
